When the evil wizard Tribuka set his sights on Venice, his machinations were only stopped because of a wager with the wizard’s Merlin and Morgana Le Fey. So long as the people of Venice cared for the city, Tribuka could not steal it and add it to his collection of wonderful places. If they neglected it, however, Tribuka would abduct the city with a fearsome tsunami.
Morgana kept Venice safe for centuries by raising paladins to defend the city and inspire its citizens when danger struck. Now a new crisis has emerged: a crisis of apathy. Pollution, corruption, and crime have gripped the city, and now the last person who cares enough to save Venice is a college student named Marco.
To save Venice, Marco must meet the paladins of Venice, learn how they saved the city in the past, and ask himself if he is truly willing to give his heart to a city that no one else seems to care for, especially when there are other things—or people—to love.
